Cost function properties

Hello Migri community!

Just a minor request about the cost function in the riskchart. I saw that at the moment it is possible to modify it through the misfit percentage and the misfit absolute value. I think it would be a good idea to be able to modify it also based on the rank (number of best caseruns that you want to consider). That would make this filtering option more accurate.
